Our objectives are met by using various training "toys" (speed equipment) and also incorporating specific fitness games to ensure fun and excitement in their training regimen, which helps them to stay focused and learn movement and proprioception more efficiently. We also strive to provide a non-competitive environment where kids can gain strength and confidence in their abilities.
